En 1996, une épidémie de méningite ravage le nord du Nigeria. Le géant pharmaceutique Pfizer vient alors y expérimenter un médicament en dernière phase de test. Il est aujourd'hui accusé d'avoir tué 11 enfants et paralysé une centaine d'autres.
